Around 1 in 3 UK homes have solid (not cavity) external walls — and they can lose up to 35% of their heat through them. Internal wall insulation tackles that loss room by room, raising internal surface temperatures, eliminating cold spots and dramatically improving thermal comfort. How we manage damp, condensation and ventilation

Every IWI project starts with a moisture assessment. We check existing damp-proof courses, look for penetrating damp at chimneys and parapets, and confirm trickle ventilation or extract is adequate. We then specify the right vapour control layer for your build-up, and detail junctions at floors, ceilings and party walls so warm, moist air can't bypass the insulation and condense on cold surfaces.

What's included in your IWI installation

Our IWI package is fully turnkey. We strip the existing wall finish where required, install the chosen insulation system, re-fix sockets and radiators, skim the new boards, and leave the room decoration-ready. Building Regulations notification is included, with full sign-off documentation delivered at handover.
